Suggested usage

Take one serving (1 scoop) RUSH V4 mixed with 200 ml of water, 20 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and you are looking for an additional boost, then you can take 2 scoops before your training. Don’t take more than 2 scoops per day.
