What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened items. If you’re not happy with your order, get in touch and we’ll help make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if your order hasn't been processed yet, we can update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.

Where can I find my invoice or receipt?

Your invoice is automatically emailed to you after purchase. If you need another copy, just get in touch.

Yes! All our products are made in GMP-certified facilities and third-party tested for quality and purity.

How do I use the supplements?

Each product comes with simple usage instructions on the label.

Do you offer warranties on your products?

Due to the nature of consumables, we don’t offer warranties. But if something arrives damaged or wrong, we’ll fix it fast.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship to Malta and Gozo. International shipping is in the works — stay tuned!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive a message from our third party courier party with delivery details.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes we do! All orders placed before 2PM will be delivered the very next day. Please note that this time can increase during busy periods. Gozo orders are delivered every Tuesday and Friday.

Who delivers my order?

We work with local courier partners to ensure fast and safe delivery straight to your door.
