How do I move up a tier?

Your tier updates automatically as you spend more over time. As your routine builds, you’ll progress from Starting to Building, Committing, and eventually the Inner Circle.

Do my points or tier expire?

Points don’t expire as long as your account stays active. Your tier is calculated over a rolling 12-month period, so it may adjust if your spending changes.

How do I redeem my rewards?

Simply log in to your account to view your points and available rewards. You can also claim rewards from this page.

Can I combine rewards with other offers?

Rewards can usually be used on their own. Some promotions may not be stackable; any limits will always be clearly shown at checkout.
