Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen (Peptan® B), Myo-Inositol, Maca Extract 10:1, Citric Acid (Acidity Regulator), Ashwagandha Extract 25:1, Natural Flavour (Orange/Peach), Zinc Bisglycinate, Colouring (Betacarotene, Beetroot), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Vitamin B9 (Folic Acid).

Suggested usage

Mix 1 scoop (10 g) with 200–300 ml of water or your preferred drink. To keep adaptogens effective, we recommend taking a 1-week break after every 6 weeks of use.

Enjoy once daily, preferably in the morning.
