Right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Use the form below to send us your withdrawal request.

Please note (Art. 16(e)): sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery are excluded from the withdrawal right. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund.
