Refund policy

We’re here to make things right.

We hope you love your +boost products, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, sealed and unused
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, just email us at info@boost.com.mt with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll share return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional gifts

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll replace it or offer a refund — whichever you prefer.
