I started to use this product on my last purchase hoping it will help break down foods for better digestion. I assume it was working, however I did suffer from bothersome gastrointestinal problems taking only one capsule every day. I would suggest taking a capsule every other day or a few times a week only to prevent the gastrointestinal upset.
