NOW® Borage Oil is a high-quality nutritional oil containing 60% polyunsaturated fats and approximately twice the average Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) content compared to Evening Primrose Oil. GLA is an essential omega-6 fatty acid that the body can produce from dietary linoleic acid, but direct dietary intake provides more efficient support for body functions. This Borage Oil is expeller-pressed and hexane-free, ensuring purity and safety. Research confirms that it contains no harmful levels of Pyrrolizidine Alkaloids (PAs).

Very good product for pms and perimenopausal symptoms
