It came into right hands, since I have hypothyroidism, and it is highly recommended to cut on coffee.I still haven’t cut on coffee completely, but started implementing Matcha latte during the day.Not only that I feel more focused, but it also helped me with famous thyroid crash around 3 PM

Excellent product. I have been using this supplement for the last few years and it has definitely helped with my sleep and to calm the body down in general, and for rest. I take about half hour before bed. I highly recommend this product.

Vitamin B6 helps support the menopause transition by stabilizing mood, promoting healthy sleep patterns, and supporting brain function. It aids the body in merging neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine, which help regulate irritability, fatigue, and cognitive fog. However taking too much every day can cause reverse effects like hip and joint pain and numbness in hands as I’ve experienced. From one pill a day I now take one a week. It is a good idea to check blood levels before taking a supplement like B6.
