Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to all locations in Malta and Gozo. We’re working on expanding our reach, stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
How long does delivery take?
We offer next-day delivery to Malta on all orders placed before 2PM, Monday to Friday. For Gozo, deliveries take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you place an order after 2PM, during the weekend, or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched on the next working day. In this case, delivery may take up to two working days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over €50.
For orders under €50, a flat delivery fee of €5 applies.
Who delivers my order?
We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way, and our couriers may contact you directly to arrange drop-off.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is processed and out for delivery, you’ll receive a notification by email or SMS with tracking updates or courier contact details.
What if I miss my delivery?
No worries! If you miss your delivery, the courier will usually attempt to contact you or re-deliver the next working day. If you need help rearranging, just email us at info@boost.com.mt.
