The ingredients:
- Oat Flour – 1 cup
- Butter – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Honey/Agave – 1/4 cup
- Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
- Cinnamon – 2 tsp
- Ground Ginger – 2 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Chaga Mushroom Powder – 1 – 2 tbsp
- Cacao Nibs (optional)
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Add all the ingredients (except Cacao Nibs) into your mixer
- Prepare baking paper with oil or butter to prevent the cookies from getting stuck
- Add the Cacao Nibs to your mixture
- Scoop onto the baking pan and bake for 10 – 12 minutes
