Shipping Information

Are all of your products organic?

The majority of our products are natural or organic; anything that is not will be clearly stated.

Can I recycle or reuse the packaging?

Of course! Our packaging mailers are made from recycled plastics (Green) or entirely compostable materials (Black). They also come with two seals, allowing you to close the mailer and reuse it.  All of our packaging paper can be recycled in the appropriate manner.

Will you be getting any additional ranges from the brands you are working with?

We’re always exploring ideas for new products that we would believe would add value to our community. If you feel that we are missing something specific, please do feel free to reach out to us.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re currently operating solely within Malta and Gozo (We currently do not do same day/next day deliveries in Gozo, these will be scheduled in personally). Be sure to follow our socials for any future updates.

Do you offer free delivery?

Any orders over Є50 will be covered with free delivery. Orders under this price will be subject to a Є5 charge.

How does your delivery system work?

Once you order has been placed, you will be able to select your desired delivery time and location. 

Between 9am-4pm we offer next hour delivery no matter the size of your order. You are also able to schedule a delivery up to 48 hours ahead. Anything placed outside the 9am-4pm timeframe will be delivered first thing in the morning or scheduled to your specified delivery time.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will only be able to place an order once an account is created. Don’t worry, we won’t pester you with any e-mails if you do not wish to hear from us!

How do I place an order?

An order can be placed once a shopping cart has been created. Simply browse our store and add any products you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. Once that is done, follow the onscreen checkout steps and voila, your order will be placed!

I found a mistake in my order/found damages in my order

If you have received any items that you have not ordered, or if you are missing anything, simply send an email to info@boost.com.mt or reach out to us via any of our socials. We’ll get back to you and sort out the issue as fast as possible.

How do I track my order?

Order updates will be received via SMS and our courier will be on contact with you upon arrival.
