NOW® Probiotic Defense™ is a combination of “friendly” probiotic bacteria, including clinically validated strains, blended into a fermented whole food base. NOW® Probiotic Defense™ combines 13 active bacterial strains formulated to support gastrointestinal health and immune system function. FOS (fructo-oligosaccharide) is also included in this product to assist healthy growth of Acidophilus and Bifidus organisms.

Suitable for lacto-vegetarians. May contain trace levels of dairy protein.

The probiotic strains in this product have been identity-verified using DNA-fingerprinting technology.

For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially immune-suppressing drugs), or have a medical condition (especially if immune system is compromised). Keep out of reach of children. Suitable for lacto-vegetarians. May contain trace levels of dairy protein.

Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with 1 capsule per day and gradually increase to 3 capsules per day. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain potency.
