I found this supplement to be very beneficial in helping me with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and peri menopausal symptoms. It helps ease my anxiety, stress and improved my sleep quality. I take one capsule in the morning around 11am. The capsules consist of decaffeinated green tea leaf. I also take magnesium glycinate to help prevent insomnia which also helps relax the body before sleep.
