Shipping Information

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we provide free delivery on all orders over €50 within Malta and Gozo. For orders below €50, a flat delivery charge of €5 applies.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we operate solely within Malta and Gozo. Follow our social media channels for updates on future international shipping options.

How does your delivery system work?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and dispatched the following day, ensuring delivery within two days. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM on the selected delivery date.

Is in-store collection available?
Yes, during checkout, you can select ‘pick up’ to collect your package directly from our store. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 3 PM.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes, creating an account is necessary to place an order. Rest assured, we will only contact you if you wish to receive updates from us.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, our courier will contact you with delivery details.

What if I receive a defective or damaged product?
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at orders@boost.com.mt to arrange a refund or exchange.

Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are sold on a final sale basis and cannot be returned.

How do I place an order?
Browse our store and add desired products to your shopping cart. Once ready, follow the on-screen checkout steps to complete your purchase.

What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and send proof of purchase to orders@boost.com.mt with the reason for your return. Afterwards, mail your return to:

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
