- peanut butter

- Start by opening the medjool dates and flattening them side by side onto baking/parchment paper to form one big rectangle.
- Use your hands or a cup to press the dates down closely together.
- Add a layer of peanut butter over the dates.
- Chop up your nuts of choice; we used almonds and peanuts. Sprinkle them over the peanut butter layer.
- Add 1 small tub of Greek yoghurt and 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein in a bowl. Mix well and layer it over the peanut butter and nuts.
