How to make Reishi Mushroom Ramen:

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • Fresh assorted mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 pack of Instant Ramen noodles
  • 400ml of water
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp +boost Reishi Mushroom Powder
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 soft boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • Optional: Protein of choice (Chicken/Pork/Tofu)
  • Chillies to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large pan, sauce the garlic, ginger and onions in the sesame oil. Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
  2. To the same pan, add water. Once boiled, add mirin, soy sauce and your protein of choice.
  3. Add your +boost Reishi Mushroom Powder and stir into a broth. Mix well and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Cook the noodles and drain.
  5. In a small bowl, add drained noodles and pour the Reishi broth over the noodles.
  6. Add the sliced soft-boiled egg and garnish with a hint of sesame oil.
